G is for...

Updated: Feb 14, 2020

With the school year in full swing, you are either private tutoring students or operating your tutoring company with thoughts about the term and year ahead. I remember during the first year of owning my tutoring company that I felt things were becoming overwhelming and quite stressful. In hindsight, I realize it was partially because I had not completed goals for growth. How can my tutoring business have direction if there are incomplete goals for growth?

It would be amazing to hear from you. What does growth of your tutoring business mean to you?

A few examples of growth goals are below:

-My tutoring business will have x number of clients by December 2019.

-My tutoring business will receive y number of referrals by December 2019.

-My tutoring business will make z amount of sales by December 2019.
