D & E Essentials for Launching Your Tutoring Business

Updated: Feb 14, 2020

Favourable Friday Rockstar Tutors,

Hope you are all having a fun-filled day. In our last post, we went over the A, B, & C essentials for your tutoring business. We are going to now go over the D & E essentials for launching your tutoring business.

D & E Essentials for Launching Your Tutoring Business

1. Due Diligence Insurance: Consult with an attorney and contact insurance companies to find the best fit for you and your business. Due diligence insurance, for example, liability insurance, can further protect you and your business.

2. Educational Resource List: I found as I gained more students, I required more resources. There are a number of wonderful free resource sites currently out there. It is best to email the coordinator/owner of each site to ask permission to utilize their education resources for your tutoring services. Keep your resource list in your data management directory. In one of our upcoming blog posts, we will be reviewing amazing data management software to help keep you and your business organized and communication among all members active.

Although I am not an accountant or lawyer, these are guidelines that I hope will help you as you launch your tutoring business.

Thank you kindly Rockstar Tutors, if you have any questions please let me know.
